My only real concern is the nearby distance to the Kumarapalayam Bus Stop; it makes public transport a bit inconvenient if I need it. The price was within my budget, around 45.9 Lakhs. While the rental yields are decent, the capital appreciation hasn't been as rapid as I had hoped. The lack of readily available bank loan information at the time of purchase was a slight inconvenience.
