The location near GD Goenka Public School and Park Hospital (4 mins) is excellent for accessibility to essential services. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has developed this project. The builder floor offea more serene living environment compared to crowded apartments. Sohna Road provides good access, though I do find the traffic noise a bit much at times, especially during peak houThe Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is a short distance, which is good for occasional travel.

Getting the kids to school is so much easier now. GD Goenka Public School is practically next door, practically zero travel time. Park Hospital is also just a four minute drive away, which gives us peace of mind. We chose Rosewood Street because it's ready to move and we didn't want to wait. The builder floor setup is nice for us. It feels more like a standalone house. The area is developing nicely. The only small issue is that Sohna Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so getting out of Sector 48 sometimes takes longer than expected. But for daily life, it’s very practical.
