I opted for a 3 BHK flat, built up area around 2075 Sq.ft to 2336 Sq.ft, which provides ample room. The project is ready to move, which was important for me. The amenities are quite impressive, especially the swimming pool and the reflexology park – very relaxing. The central landscape park of more than 5 acres is a wonderful feature for evening walks. The price point of 3.11 Crore to 4.5 Crore is considerable, but the quality of life and the facilities offered by Bestech India Pvt Ltd justify it. Being in Sector 48 also means good access to essential services. It’s a peaceful environment overall.

The main reason I chose this project was its ready-to-move status and the developer, Bestech India Pvt Ltd, which has been around for a while. The price range of 3.11 Crore to 4.5 Crore is on the higher side for Gurgaon, but the construction seems solid. I appreciate the fire fighting systems installed throughout the building for safety. The surrounding Vatika City is nearby, offering good connectivity. However, the overall noise from the nearby Sohna Road, which is also nearby, can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day.
