I chose a 2 BHK villa, which has a super builtup area of 835 square feet. It’s enough space for me and my wife. The project is ready to move in, which was essential given my urgent transfer. The gated community aspect with 24x7 security is reassuring. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply. The only slight concern is the traffic noise from the main road sometimes, but it’s manageable being off the main path. Overall, a good find.
