I chose this because of the earthquake-resistant RCC structure and the advanced solar energy system they are incorporating. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the landscaping. The carpet area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 839 sq.ft to 1065 sq.ft, which is spacious enough. While I am oveeas, my brother visited the site and confirmed the construction progress. The only minor issue is the distance to Ravet Chowk, which is nearby, making it a bit isolated for casual outings, but hospitals are close by.

We liked the idea of three-side open flats with oxygen plantation, sounds healthy. Location in Pimpri Chinchwad is decent, close to schools like S. B. Patil Public School which is important for us. Parking is closed car parking, which is a must. One small concern is the dust from construction sites nearby, but hopefully, that settles down post-possession. The developer, Rose Dream Develope, seems to have a good plan for amenities like a swimming pool and yoga hall.
