I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Rohra Platinum. The built-up area is around 1100 Sq.ft. My main consideration was the developer, Rohra DevelopePvt Ltd, as I heard they deliver projects on time. This one is under construction and expected to be completed by October 2027. The location in Taltala, Entally is decent, with Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals also nearby within nearby. I appreciate the inclusion of a fire fighting system and fire sprinkleThe price was within my budget, around 1.05 Crore. I am hoping the build quality lives up to expectations. The jogging track and street lighting are nice additions for the residents.
