The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakh. It's nice that the project is ready to move, so we can plan our shifting without any delays. The location in Taltala is decent, close to Don Bosco School where my husband teaches. The only thing is the 4 floomight mean the water pressure isn't always great on higher levels, especially during peak times. However, the 24x7 water supply is a stated amenity. We also liked that it has 3 open sides, so hopefully, it's airy.
