I liked that it’s a ready-to-move property, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The amenities like landscaping, tree planting, and rainwater harvesting are good to see. The project is in Pimpri Chinchwad, Thergaon, which is a well-connected area. My only concern is that the carpet area for the 1 BHK feels a bit compact, but it’s manageable for a single peon. The closed car parking is a good addition.
