    Upon relocating to Mangalore for work at KMC Hospital, I needed a place close by. Rohan Ventura seemed like a good option. I opted for a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 1100 square feet. It's a ready to move property, which was a huge relief. The proximity to KMC Hospital is excellent, and Lourdes Central School is also very close. The complex offea gymnasium and a jogging track, which are great for staying active. My only concern is the parking situation; it can be a bit challenging if you have more than one vehicle or if guests visit frequently. However, the 24x7 security is a plus point.
