We decided to buy a 3 BHK in Rohan Garden for my parents. The location in Kadri, Mallikatte is quite convenient as it is very close to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute. Also, St Theresa's School is right next door, which is good for any potential visitoor if they decide to rent it out later. My parents wanted a comfortable home with good amenities, and Rohan Garden seems to offer that. The 1345 to 1550 square feet area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious. We are hoping the construction quality is good, as we cannot inspect it regularly from abroad. The completion date is December 2030, which gives them plenty of time to move.
