The 4 BHK flat at 3500 square feet is quite large, maybe a bit too much for just me, but it means I have lots of guest space. The location in Byadarahalli is okay, though getting to the metro, Cubbon Park Metro Station, is nearby. The price of 6.48 Cr is on the higher side for a single peon, but the amenities like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and a gated community offer peace of mind. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a priority. The overall feel is quite peaceful.
