The primary reason was its proximity to St. Germain's Academy, which is very close by, and also Manipal Hospital. My parents wanted a comfortable home in a well-connected area, and Benson Town fits that description. Since the project is ready to move in, they could shift immediately after I finalized the deal. The connectivity to Cubbon Park Metro Station is also decent, about 1.85 kilometeaway, which is useful for them. I've heard from them that the apartment is well-built and they are happy with the neighborhood. I am looking forward to visiting them soon.
