Relocating to Bangalore for work at Sathya Sai Orthopaedic & Multispeciality Hospital, which is conveniently close to RMK SAS Swaroop, was a major factor in choosing this apartment. I needed something immediately available, and the ready to move status was perfect. I opted for a 3 BHK, measuring 1495 Sq.ft, which offeample space for my family. The price range of 46.35 Lakh for a 3 BHK in this vicinity seems competitive. The presence of a gymnasium and 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The construction quality appearobust. Access to the main road could be slightly better, but the proximity to the hospital is unbeatable.

We chose RMK SAS Swaroop mainly because of its proximity to Gopalan National School, being nearby. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1495 Sq.ft. The total cost fell within the 46.35 Lakh bracket. The children's play area within the complex is a safe space for them to have fun. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind when we are not around. While the project was completed in January 2013, it is ready to move in. The only drawback I've noticed is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be a bit of a hassle.
