I needed something immediately available, and the ready to move status was perfect. I opted for a 3 BHK, measuring 1495 Sq.ft, which offeample space for my family. The price range of 46.35 Lakh for a 3 BHK in this vicinity seems competitive. The presence of a gymnasium and 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The construction quality appearobust. Access to the main road could be slightly better, but the proximity to the hospital is unbeatable.
