We were tired of paying rent and finally decided to buy our own place. We chose a 2 BHK in RK Atulya. The built-up area is 1140 square feet, which feels much bigger than our rental. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium. The project is ready to move, so we could shift immediately. Bommasandra is a bit far from our school, but the cycling track is great for our morning exercise. The only downside is that the Navya Badavane Bus Stop is 7 kilometeaway, making public transport a bit inconvenient. RK Developehave provided decent amenities, and the landscaping looks nice. We are happy with the purchase so far.
