I got a 2 BHK apartment which is 1137 square feet, perfect for me. The price was around 85 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the built-up area, but the amenities like 24x7 security and an intercom were reassuring. I also liked the idea of having a gymnasium within the complex. Rishabh Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. Completed this project in 2011. The common areas are well-maintained. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, although traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hougetting onto the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
