This is my fit flat purchase and I chose Assotech Cabana in Ghaziabad. It's in Vaibhav Khand, which is a busy area. The 1 BHK flat is 650 square feet built up, which feels okay for now. I really liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium here. It's also good that it's Vastu compliant. The project was completed back in 2004, so it's an older building. One thing that concerns me a bit is the parking situation; it seems a little tight for visitoOtherwise, the basic facilities are there.
