As a chartered accountant, I analyzed several options before settling on Risara Le Valencia. The ready-to-move status was appealing, and the proximity to Goa Univeity Bus Stop, about 2 kilometeaway, adds to the connectivity. We looked at the 3 BHK configurations, which seem spacious enough for a growing family. The landscaping and tree planting give the complex a pleasant feel. However, I did notice that the construction dust from nearby ongoing work was a bit of an issue during our site visit. It's something Risara Properties should address more proactively. The price point was acceptable given the location and amenities provided.

We purchased a 3 BHK flat in Risara Le Valencia in North Goa. The location in Dona Paula is quite convenient, especially being close to Manipal Hospitals Goa, which is just over a kilometer away.
