The location in Dona Paula is quite nice, very close to Manipal Hospital which is convenient. We got a 2 BHK apartment with a super builtup area of 1345 sq.ft. The project was completed in 2010, so it's quite established now. Amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. Parking space is ample, which was important for us. The surroundings are green and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Overall, it feels like a good place to settle down.
