We were renting in Manikonda for yeaand decided it was time to buy. Rineesh Gardenia caught our eye because it was ready to move and within our reach financially, around 60 Lakhs for a 2 BHK. The 980 square feet apartment is a good upgrade from our previous rental. The children's play area is a nice touch for when our niece visits. The location is convenient, close to schools and markets. We appreciated that Rineesh Infra And Developecompleted the project by March 2020. One concern for us is the noise from the adjacent roads during busy hou, which can be a bit disruptive sometimes. We are still settling in, but so far, it feels like a good step up.
