The price starting at 33 Lakh was within our budget. Ridhi Ventures seems to have a decent set of amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which is great for senior citizens. My main concern is the travel time from the city for any potential visito, as Kolar is a bit far out. However, the ready to move status was a big plus as we wanted them to settle in soon. The 24x7 security and water supply were also important factofor us. We hope they will be comfortable there.
