We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Hyderabad for our business expansion and Riddhi Nest caught our eye. The location in Madhapur is quite convenient, close to HITEC City Main road. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, they are spacious, around 1476 Sq.ft to 1480 Sq.ft. The price range of 50.58 Lakh to 62.9 Lakh seemed reasonable for this area. The Vastu compliant aspect was important for us. The builder, Riddhi Group, has a decent reputation. Only issue is the traffic can get quite bad during peak hou, which is expected in this part of the city. Power backup is a good amenity to have.

As I am relocating to Hyderabad for work, finding a place near my hospital was a priority. Riddhi Nest in West Hyderabad is perfect, close to Medicover Hospitals. I checked out the 2 BHK apartments, which are around 1190 Sq.ft to 1290 Sq.ft. The price point is around 50.58 Lakh, which fits my budget. It's also conveniently located near the Outer Ring Road, nearby, making travel easier. The 24x7 Security and Lift(s) are essential for me. I am happy with the purchase, though I haven't seen the completion status.

We chose Riddhi Nest because of its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is nearby. My kids can easily get to school. We bought a 2 BHK apartment here, about 1190 Sq.ft. The size is decent for our family of three. The price was within our budget, around 50.58 Lakh. The area is developing nicely and it's close to the HITEC City Main road. Rain Water Harvesting is a good feature. The only thing is the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit annoying sometimes. Otherwise, it's a good place.

I needed a place that was well-connected and safe. Riddhi Nest in Madhapur offegood connectivity, being close to the Durgam Cheruvu Metro Station and also close to the Outer Ring Road. I purchased a 2 BHK unit, built up area is 1290 Sq.ft. The price was 50.58 Lakh, which felt acceptable for the location and amenities like Gymnasium and 24x7 Security. My wife liked the fact that it is Vastu Compliant. Getting a ready-to-move flat made the process much smoother. I am quite content with this purchase from Riddhi Group.

This is my fit property purchase, and I went for Riddhi Nest in West Hyderabad. I found the 2 BHK apartments, sized between 1190 Sq.ft and 1290 Sq.ft, to be a good starting point. The budget of 50.58 Lakh was manageable for me. The location is quite central, near the HITEC City Main road, and the Outer Ring Road is also very close. I liked that it's a ready-to-move-in property, so no waiting. Riddhi Group seems reliable. The parking situation, however, looks a bit congested, which might be an issue later. Power backup is a plus.
