The price of 1.24 Crore is on the higher side, but considering it is ready to move, it made sense for us. The Riddhi Group seems to have provided good infrastructure with 24x7 water supply and power backup. The landscaping is well done. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas like West Hyderabad. However, the security and intercom systems are robust.
