The developer, Rhythm Develope, has included a gym and a swimming pool, which we are really excited about. The price point, around 65 Lakh, was competitive for the area. The location near Divinechild Circle is developing nicely. Internet/Wi-Fi is also included, which is essential for us working from home sometimes. The construction was completed in March 2023.
