The location is great, very close to Neelangarai and offegood connectivity to OMR and Sholinganallur. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus for me. My only minor issue is that the parking can be a bit challenging if you have a large vehicle. Other than that, the apartment layout is functional and the natural light is good.
