The 3 BHK apartment, around 1296 Sq.ft, provides ample space. The ready-to-move status was a huge advantage given my tight schedule. The proximity to the hospital is excellent. The price, approximately 81.65 Lakh, was a bit steep but justifiable given the location and the quality of construction. The area is relatively quiet, which is nice after a long day at the hospital. I appreciate the closed car parking facility provided by Poomalai Housing Private Limited.
