We decided to buy a flat in Renaissance Surya for our retirement. We chose a 2 BHK flat, 1800 sq.ft, priced at 1.71 Crore. The location in Malleswaram is excellent, very central and close to Cloudnine Hospital, which is important at our age. Being ready to move was a significant factor as we wanted to settle down without further delays. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential amenities for us. The surrounding landscaping adds a nice touch. The building completion was in 2000, so it's an older construction, but it seems well-maintained. The biggest drawback is the parking; it feels quite cramped, especially if you have guests with caOtherwise, it's a comfortable place.

I purchased a 3 BHK unit in Renaissance Surya, built up area 5000 sq.ft, for 4.75 Crore. My primary goal was investment, and Malleswaram's established nature in Central Bangalore presents a stable rental market. The project is ready to move, which is always a plus for investoas it starts generating rental income immediately. Renaissance Holdings has a decent track record. The amenities like gated community and 24x7 water supply are standard but good to have. My main concern is the age of the building; it was completed in 2000. While it's ready to move, older buildings might require more maintenance down the line. I'm hoping the structural integrity is sound. The price point is high, but the location premium is justifiable.

As a single working woman, convenience and security were my top priorities. Renaissance Surya in Malleswaram ticked most of the boxes. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, 1800 sq.ft, and the price of 1.71 Crore was acceptable for the location. Being ready to move meant I could settle in quickly after my office transfer. The proximity to Srirampura Metro Station (0.46 KM) is fantastic for my daily commute. I also appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance; it gives me a lot of peace of mind. The car parking is adequate. My only gripe is that the building itself feels a bit dated since it was built in 2000, and I haven't seen the OC details, which is a bit concerning for future resale value.

The 1800 sq.ft 2 BHK felt quite spacious for us, and the price at 1.71 Crore was within our reach after getting the home loan approved. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The location on 5th Main Road is very convenient, close to Kendriya Vidyalaya which is great for our peace of mind. We liked the 24x7 security and power backup, essential for us working professionals. The only slight issue is the traffic on 5th Main Road during peak houcan be a bit much, but that's expected in Central Bangalore. Overall, a good step up for us.

Finding a home with good connectivity and schools nearby was challenging, but Renaissance Surya in Malleswaram seemed like a good option. We looked at the 2 BHK, 1800 sq.ft flats, with prices starting around 1.71 Crore. It's ready to move, which was a big plus. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya is fantastic, just a short walk away. We also liked the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security. Power backup is crucial with kids at home. The 5000 sq.ft 3 BHK is massive, probably more than we need right now. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, even though the project is ready, can be a bit botheome sometimes. The price is on the higher side, but the location is prime.
