I am buying this apartment in Renaissance Aura for my parents who live in Bengaluru. The location in Sadashiva Nagar, Central Bangalore, is perfect as it’s close to everything they need and in a well-established neighborhood. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration which is 1700 square feet built up, giving them plenty of space. Since it’s ready to move, they can settle in without any delay. Having Kendriya Vidyalaya and Manipal Hospital so close is a huge relief for me, knowing they are well taken care of in terms of education and healthcare. The only downside is that I couldn’t visit the site myself, so I’m relying on the developer’s reputation and online details. I hope the construction quality is as good as it looks in the pictures.

The 2 BHK apartments here are about 1350 square feet, which felt like a good size for us starting out. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait too long. The location in Vyalikaval is quite central, and it’s great that Kendriya Vidyalaya is right there, literally nearby. That makes the school run super easy.
