The plot sizes are decent, around 1500 to 1600 square feet, which gives us enough space to build our dream home. It's great that EuroSchool HSR is just over 1 kilometer away, making the morning commute for the kids much easier. We also liked that Narayana Hospital is not too far for any emergencies. My only concern is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
