As a retired professional, I sought a peaceful and convenient place to settle down, and Eastwoods in HSR Layout offered that. The project was completed a while ago, in October 2011, so it’s not a new build, but the Aisshwarya Group seems to have maintained it reasonably well. The children's play area is a nice touch, even if I don't have young kids myself; it adds to the community feel. The gymnasium is available for those who wish to stay active. Security guards are present, which is reassuring. The location is good, with proximity to Narayana Hospital being a significant plus for us older residents. The landscaping provides a pleasant environment. My only minor concern is the noise from the nearby main road at times.
