We got a larger plot, 2720 Sq.ft, which was towards the higher end of the budget, about 45 Lakhs, but we wanted space. Rekha Realtohas included good amenities like landscaping and tree planting, and solar lighting is a nice touch for the environment. It's also Vastu compliant. The proximity to the bus stop and hospitals is convenient. The main drawback is that the OC is not yet available, and the project completion is slated for August 2025. We are hoping they stick to the timeline.

It's also very close to Peruradikalar Hospitals and Piliyapampalayam Bus Stop. We bought a 1008 Sq.ft plot for around 17 Lakhs. The project has a children's play area, which the kids are excited about. Being a gated community with a compound wall adds to the safety feel. The 24X7 water supply is also a relief. We are planning to build our home here. The only thing that worries me a bit is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen going towards the city.
