The proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, practically at nearby, is interesting, though not directly relevant to me. Kilpauk Metro Station is just 1.00 kilometer away, which is a huge plus for commuting across the city. I looked at a 3 BHK unit which had a built-up area of 1350 Sq.ft. The apartment is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. My only concern is the parking availability, it seems a bit tight for multiple vehicles, and navigating the Harrington Road traffic can be challenging sometimes. Still, the convenience factor is high.
