    Jamals Park Avenue was our choice because of its proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, which is literally zero kilometeaway. That was a huge deciding factor for us. The kids can walk to school, saving us so much time and hassle. We also like that Spurtank Road and Harrington Road are nearby, making commuting easier. The community feels safe with the gated entry. While the construction seems solid, the dust from ongoing nearby development can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the evenings. We are hoping that settles down soon. The apartment layout is functional for our family.
