We decided to upgrade from our rental flat to Regal Retreat in Kaloor, Kochi. The main reason was the promise of better amenities and a more stable living environment. We were impressed with the children's play area and the multipurpose room, which will be great for family events. The gymnasium is also a good addition for our fitness routine. The connectivity to S. A. Road and Vyttila-Petta Road is decent for our daily commutes to school. While the project is ready to move, we did notice that the rooms feel a bit compact once the furniture is in place. However, the developer, Regal Realto& Projects Pvt. Ltd., has provided good overall security.

We bought our apartment in Regal Retreat, Kaloor, Kochi, mainly due to its location and the facilities offered. It’s very close to Kaloor Metro Station, which is a huge advantage for commuting. The presence of a cricket pitch and basketball court is a unique amenity that my children are excited about.
