We bought a 2 BHK at Kurians in Kaloor. The location is quite convenient, being close to National Highway 47 and also close to S. A. Road. This makes commuting easier for my husband's office. The construction looks solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have a decent track record. The area is developing, so we hope it's a good long-term decision. My only slight worry is the traffic during peak houon the main roads nearby. It can get quite congested.
