It’s also convenient that Cubbon Park Metro Station is nearby, making commuting easier. Power backup and rain water harvesting are good features. The price is quite high, about 4 Cr for our unit, but the quality of construction seems good. The developer, Redifice Develope, has delivered on time. We are satisfied with the purchase so far, considering the amenities and location.
