My partner and I were looking for our fit home together. We liked the 919 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment at Realmark Residency for its price, around 23.89 Lakhs. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which suited our timeline perfectly. The location in Maheshtala is developing, and it’s close to the Behala Metro area. The presence of a gymnasium in the project was a bonus for us as we are fitness conscious. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice feel. The only drawback is the parking situation; it can be quite tight if you have more than one vehicle, which is becoming a common issue in many Kolkata projects now. Overall, it’s a good starter home.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Realmark Residency in Maheshtala seemed like a good option. I purchased a 3 BHK, which is quite spacious at 1203 Sq.ft. The price was within my budget, around 31 Lakhs. It's good that the project is ready to move. The amenities like the gymnasium and the landscaping add to the living experience. The Rain Water Harvesting system is also a responsible feature. The only thing that botheme a little is the dust from the nearby construction sites, which is common in developing areas. It does get into the house sometimes. However, the build quality feels strong and the lift is always working.

I was looking for a place that was ready to move and Realmark Residency fit the bill. I bought a 2 BHK here which has a super builtup area of 919 Sq.ft. The price was around 24 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Kolkata. The location in Maheshtala is okay, close enough to the Behala Metro which is helpful. They have a gymnasium which is a big plus for me as I like to work out. The landscaping looks nice when you enter. The only issue is the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, so commuting can take longer than expected sometimes. Overall, it's a decent apartment for a single peon.

We liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet, it's good for the future. The developer, Realmark Realty Pvt Ltd, completed this project in 2015. The main issue we've found is the approach road – it's a narrow lane for about 200 metebefore you reach the main Gangarampur Road, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially for visitoBut the apartment itself is comfortable.

One thing I've noticed is that during the summer, the water pressure on higher floocan be a bit low. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
