The construction was completed in 2012 and it's ready to move in, which was convenient for me. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it gives a nice feel. The security is 24x7, which is reassuring. My parents live nearby so the location is perfect for me. The area feels quiet and peaceful. I haven't faced any major issues so far and the builde, JPK Enclave, seem to have delivered a solid product for the price.

The apartment is Vastu compliant, which my husband insisted on. We have 24x7 water supply, which is a relief. The only small issue is the traffic can get a bit congested during peak houon the main road near Panchur Mauza.
