The budget of around 1.15 Crore to 1.41 Crore was manageable for us. We liked that it's under construction and expected to be ready by May 2026. The project has good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and passcode locks. Also, having a modular kitchen with a granite top included is a nice touch. The nearby Pathways School Noida is nearby, which is very convenient for us. We are a bit worried about the long wait till completion, but overall, the deal seems good.
