I have bought a 2 BHK flat here. The size is 630 square feet of super builtup area. It is ready to move, which was a major factor for me as I am a government employee and wanted to settle in quickly. The price was around 36.5 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for this area. Connectivity is decent, with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway nearby for commuting. However, the traffic on the expressway can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for my daily travel to work. The Shivom Jupiter Enclave seems like a decent option overall.

Decided to buy my fit property at Shivom Jupiter Enclave. Opted for a 2 BHK which has a super builtup area of 630 square feet. The project is ready to move, which is a huge plus. I paid approximately 36.5 Lakhs for it. The location in Sector 104 is developing, and it's close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This makes getting around easier. I was also looking at the Pathways School Noida nearby for future needs. The only thing that is a bit of a drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity. It's noticeable when you step out. Overall, it's a decent deal for a fit purchase.

This is my fit flat purchase, a 1 BHK in Shivom Jupiter Enclave. The super builtup area is 450 square feet. I was looking for something compact and affordable, and this fit the bill at around 24.1 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which is perfect for me as I need a place right away. The location in Sector 104, Noida is acceptable. The Noida Sector 81 Metro Station is about 4.6 kilometeaway, which is okay for now, but I wish it was closer. Also, the rooms feel a little smaller than I imagined from the pictures online. Still, for a fit-time buyer, it seems like a good start.

It's also reasonably close to the Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, about 5.1 kilometeaway. My only reservation is the lack of clarity on the OC received status, which is important for future resale value. But the area shows good potential for appreciation.
