This is my very fit apartment purchase, and I chose RDS Nedungadan Residency. I bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1850 sq.ft. It feels very spacious, and the layout is good with nice ventilation. The location on Chittor Road, Kacheripady is great, very close to the Town Hall Metro Station, which is convenient for commuting. It's a fourteen-storey apartment complex. The developer, RDS Realities Ltd., has provided amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area. My only small worry is that the OC received status isn't available, but the building looks well-maintained since its completion in 2003. The price was about 90 Lakh.
