  This is my very fit apartment purchase, and I chose RDS Nedungadan Residency. I bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1850 sq.ft. It feels very spacious, and the layout is good with nice ventilation. The location on Chittor Road, Kacheripady is great, very close to the Town Hall Metro Station, which is convenient for commuting. It's a fourteen-storey apartment complex. The developer, RDS Realities Ltd., has provided amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area. My only small worry is that the OC received status isn't available, but the building looks well-maintained since its completion in 2003. The price was about 90 Lakh.

  Relocating to Kochi for my medical practice, the location of RDS Nedungadan Residency was a major draw. Being close to Lisie Hospital is incredibly convenient. The apartment complex is situated on Chittor Road in Kacheripady. I opted for a 3 BHK with 1850 sq.ft built-up area; the layout is quite practical and ventilation is good. The only slight concern is the traffic noise on Chittor Road, being so centrally located, it can get a bit loud during peak houOtherwise, the 24x7 security and power backup are essential for my demanding schedule.

  This RDS Nedungadan Residency apartment in Kacheripady has been a peaceful place for my retirement. The apartment complex was completed in 2003, so it's quite established now. I appreciate the large 1850 square feet built-up area for my 3 BHK flat, it gives plenty of room. The landscaping and tree plantation around the complex are very well done and add to the serene atmosphere. Having a swimming pool and a children's play area is also nice, even though my children are grown. The location on Chittor Road is quite central, making it easy to access various parts of Kochi. The maintenance staff are generally responsive to issues.
