The 1505 square feet 3 BHK flat we chose is spacious enough for our needs, and the layout is practical. Having the swimming pool and gymnasium right here within the complex is a big plus. It saves us the trouble of going out. The proximity to Lisie Hospital, which is just over a kilometer away, is also reassuring. The common areas are well-maintained. My only small niggle is that the common corridor lighting could be a bit brighter. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.
