I bought a 3 BHK in RDB Regent Sonarpur a couple of yeaago as an investment. The price range of 46.1 L to 70.28 L seemed reasonable for the area then. Narendrapur has seen some development, and proximity to EM Bypass and NSC Bose Road is good for connectivity. The built-up areas are generous, with 3 BHKs ranging from 1351 Sq.ft to 1642 Sq.ft. Although it's ready to move, I haven't rented it out yet. The developer, RDB Group, has a track record. My only reservation was the lack of readily available OC information at the time of purchase, but it hasn't caused issues so far. The jogging track is a nice amenity for residents.

We moved into RDB Regent Sonarpur about six months ago. Our children love the children's play area, and the jogging track is great for my evening walks. We bought a 3 BHK which is 1400 Sq.ft, giving everyone enough space. The location is decent, with good road connectivity via NH-12 and EM Bypass. We paid about 62 Lakhs for the apartment. The apartment is Vastu compliant which was important to us. The only minor drawback is that the lift can sometimes be a bit slow during peak hou, especially in the morning when everyone is leaving for work or school.

We purchased a 2 BHK apartment here for my parents. They needed a place close to medical facilities, and Peerless Hospital being nearby was a huge factor. RDB Regent Sonarpur is in Narendrapur, which is a developing locality in Kolkata. The 918 Sq.ft size for the 2 BHK is adequate for them. They appreciate the 24x7 security and the lifts. The price point was within our budget for their comfort. My only concern is the commute for visitoas it's a bit far from the main city center, but for my parents who don't travel much, it's fine. They enjoy the children's play area even though they don't have kids.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose RDB Regent Sonarpur. I got a 2 BHK that's 980 Sq.ft. The price was 48 Lakhs, which felt like a good starting point for me. I liked that it's ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The location in Narendrapur is developing, and it's relatively close to NH-12. The RDB Group seems to have completed this project some time ago. I found the Vastu compliant aspect reassuring. The main concern for me is the overall dust and construction activity in the surrounding areas which can sometimes be botheome.
