    We bought this 3 BHK flat in Ravetkar Shri Om for my parents who live in Pune. The Kothrud location is perfect for them as it's close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital and also the Kothrud Stand Bus Stop is just a minute away, making it easy for them to travel. The 924 sq.ft carpet area is spacious enough for them. We paid about 1.74 Crore. The main reason for choosing this project by Ravetkar Group was that it was ready to move in, so they could shift immediately after completion in June 2022. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking are very important for senioMy only worry is the traffic in Kothrud can get quite bad during peak hou, but my parents are used to it. It's a good, solid property.
