The location in Kothrud is good, with schools like Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School a short distance. The Ravetkar Group has included a good range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fire fighting system, and excellent landscaping. The 24/7 water supply is something we really needed. My main concern is the carpet area for the 4.5 BHK and 5 BHK configurations, which were not detailed, leaving me unsure about those larger options. Still, the overall project feels solid and well-built.
