Our villa has a built up area of 1270 square feet. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, costing us 42 Lakh, but the space and amenities made it worthwhile. We love the paved compound and the landscaping. The gymnasium is a bonus. A minor concern is the access road, it's not the widest and can get a bit congested. However, being close to VIBGYOR High School at nearby is very convenient for our children. The 24/7 water supply is also reliable. It feels like a good upgrade.
