We bought a 2 BHK here in Elanza Aditya Elanza, around 850 square feet. It's ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The children's play area is a good space for my kids to have some fun. The price was reasonable, falling within the 42.26 Lakh to 62.15 Lakh budget. The project's location opposite Banco Product in Atladra is quite accessible. One thing I've noticed is that the road leading to the project can get quite dusty sometimes, especially during construction season, but that’s typical for many developing areas. The security features like CCTV surveillance are also reassuring.
