The accessibility is good, with the metro station nearby. Being close to major facilities like Desai Motor School and Orange City Hospital is a definite advantage, saving valuable time. The inclusion of earthquake-resistant structure and fire sprinkleprovides assurance. Power backup is also functional. The only slight drawback is that the roads around the area can be a bit congested during rush hou, but inside the complex, it is peaceful.
