We finally decided to upgrade from our rental flat and chose Ratnam Royals. The 2 BHK flat we selected has a carpet area of 620 sq.ft, which is a significant improvement. Being a short distance Crystal Schools and Synergy Supepeciality Hospital made the decision easier for us as a family. The project offe24x7 water supply and a dedicated children's play area. We also liked the earthquake-resistant structure. The security measures, including 24x7 security and CCTV, give us peace of mind. The closed car parking is a plus. While the location is good, the immediate surroundings can be a bit dusty due to ongoing development. The approach road could also be better maintained.

As I am based abroad, finding a reliable developer and a ready-to-move property was essential for my parents in Rajkot. Ratnam Creation's Ratnam Royals seemed like a good option. I chose a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 580 sq.ft. The proximity to Madhapar Chokdi Bus Stop (2 mins) and Synergy Supepeciality Hospital (2 mins) gives my parents easy access to transport and medical facilities. The 24x7 water supply and 24x7 CCTV surveillance were important features for me. The presence of a children's play area is a bonus, although not directly relevant for my parents. The landscaping makes the complex pleasant. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high.

Our kids go to Crystal Schools, which is a short distance Ratnam Royals, so the location was a huge factor for us. We bought a 700 sq.ft 2 BHK flat here. The apartment is ready to move, which was perfect as we didn't want to wait. Synergy Supepeciality Hospital is also a short distance, which is reassuring. The 24x7 water supply is consistent so far. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex makes it look nice. One thing that could be better is the dust on the main road, especially during construction periods in nearby areas. We also noticed the car parking is a mix of open and closed, which is good, but sometimes finding a spot near the entrance can be tricky.

I visited Ratnam Royals looking for a property with good connectivity. The location on 150 Feet Ring Road in Dhokaliya, with easy access to the Jamnagar- Rajkot Highway, is quite strategic for business travel. I looked at the 2 BHK configurations, particularly the ones with 700 sq.ft carpet area, which felt spacious enough. The fact that it is ready to move saved me a lot of time. The earthquake-resistant structure is a thoughtful inclusion. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are standard but necessary. The landscaping adds a bit of greenery. However, the traffic on the Ring Road itself can be quite heavy during certain hou, which might be a daily hassle for some residents. Parking is also a bit of a mixed bag with both open and closed options available.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Ratnam Royals, a ready to move property in Madhapar, Dhokaliya. The carpet area is around 650 sq.ft, which is a decent size. The proximity to the Jamnagar- Rajkot Highway is beneficial for travel. I appreciate the provision for earthquake-resistant structure, given the region. The security cabin and 24x7 security peonnel provide a sense of safety. Water supply has been reliable up to now. My main concern is the accessibility from the main Ring Road. While it's on the 150 Feet Ring Road, the actual approach involves a short stretch that can feel a bit congested during peak traffic times. The price point seemed reasonable for the size and location, but it was hard to compare without clear rates.
