The price starting at 47 Lakh for a 960 to 1086 square feet built-up area seemed to be the best available in the Bhayli area for this configuration. Ratnam Group Vadodara is developing this project, and their track record in Vadodara gives some confidence. The planned amenities like a clubhouse and gymnasium could attract good rental tenants. While the area is developing, the connectivity could be better, which might impact rental yields initially. Completion is slated for December 2027, so it’s a medium-term investment. I'm hoping the resale value will be good.
