I bought a 3 BHK apartment, built up area of 1024 Sq.ft, for about 81 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which is a significant plus. Ratnadeep Infrastructure has provided a yoga/meditation area and a children's play area. The 62% open space is commendable. My only minor concern is the lack of readily available information on OC received, which is important for financial planning. The Vadaj Metro Station is also nearby.
